Claims Process Explained

If anything happens to your phone and you wish to make a claim, you must:

  1. If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged maliciously you need to inform the police within 24 hours of discovering the incident, and obtain an incident number
  2. Report the incident to your airtime-provider within 24 hours of discovering the incident so that they can stop any further unauthorised calls being made

  3. Register a claim with us within 48 hours of discovering the incident
    To make a claim, either:

We’ll only be able to process your claim successfully if you complete your claim form fully and send it back to us within 14 days. You must also enclose your excess payment and any supporting or requested documents with your claim form.

Once your claim has been processed, we will let you know the outcome in writing.

If you believe that someone has fraudulently used your personal details, please call us on 0844 871 0600*.

A dedicated Case Specialist will then work with you to help restore your identity, giving you expert advice and assistance every step of the way.
