Claims Process Explained
If anything happens to your phone and you wish to make a claim, you must:

If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged maliciously you need to inform the
police within 24 hours of discovering the incident, and obtain an incident
number

Report the incident to your airtime-provider within 24 hours of discovering the
incident so that they can stop any further unauthorised calls being made

Register a claim with us within 48 hours of discovering the incident
To make a claim, either:
Once you have received your claim paperwork please fill it in and return to us as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you have provided payment details for your policy excess and any
other supporting paperwork (excluding the repair centre note – see below) with the claim form.
Claiming for a damaged or faulty device
Please send your device and the repair centre note to the relevant address below:
