Claims Process Explained
If anything does happen to your phone and you wish to make a claim, you must:
If your phone is stolen or maliciously damaged, inform the Police within 24
hours of discovering the incident, and obtain an incident number.
Report the incident to your airtime-provider within 24 hours of discovering the
incident so that they can stop any further unauthorised calls being made
for the main airtime-provider’s contact numbers
Register a claim with us within 48 hours of discovering the incident
To make a claim, either:
We’ll only be able to process your claim successfully if you complete your claim
form fully and send it back to us within 14 days. You must also enclose your
excess payment and any supporting or requested documents with your claim form.
Once your claim has been processed, we will let you know the outcome in writing.
